Here is a great Pillow-Quilt idea. You simply unbutton the Pillow Tabs and it turns into a lap sized Quilt. Instructions for Baby size included on pattern. The Pillow measures approximately 16" X 18" and the quilt measures 40" X 72". The Baby size Pillow measures approximately 16" X 13 and the quilt measures 40" X 54".
